GPO Not Applying

Had a GPO in place to hide C:\ Drive It has worked well until today, l came to use a Staff PC Today and noticed C:\ Drive, ran GP Update \ Force and it's still there Rebooted and still there.

The server is Server 2012r2 Clients are Windows 10 Creators.

 

GPO Settings

Ran rsop.msc

 

What I have done so far;

Deleted the Rule and re-created.

Set DNS Servers to use Domain Server

gpupdate on server and client.

re-booted both.

it is on all our client computers

There is another gpo to hide the drive. THats just to prevent access

Sorry I completely misread that. I'd look at wmi filters/security filtering/ gpo inheritance

Does the GPO under delegation have Authenicated Users - Read Permissions?

 

We had a similiar issue appear on Win 7, seems Microsoft made a change - http://m.windowsitpro.com/patch-tuesday/update-kb3163622-breaks-group-policy-it-s-not-me-it-s-you
