[sims] Staff & Student Timetableprinting on Interleaved timtetable

Hi - first post and there's probably a really simple answer

 

I have inherited a 2 week interleaved timetable built in Nova -T6. All fine and now in the process of running through the new Academic Year procedures.

 

Is there a way to print staff and student timetables as a separate Week A and a separate Week B on the same sheet?

 

Its the first time we have run a 2 week timetable and I'm worried about the interleaved formnat of the student timetables in particular.

On the Timetable layout screen in SIMS you can select the box "Week 2 under Week 1" in the layout settings which should show the 2 seperate weeks neatly on an A4 sheet if you play around with the cell size and margins.

It's greyed out - presumably to do with the interleaved bit.
