Student Visit Out Report on UDG?

Good morning

 

I thought this report would be the most straight-forward thing to do but I can't seem to work it out. Could anyone advise me on how they would go about designing a student contacts/medical condition report based on a user defined group (ie - the students' going on the visit)?

 

It's the running it for the UDG that I am struggling with.

 

I've had a look at previous threads and have found something on reports based on user defined groups, but when I tried that, my report brought through hundreds of students, not the ones in the group.

Hi.

 

See attached for a trip report I did last week for exactly the same purpose!

 

When running it, it asks for the SHORT code of the User Defined Group - which must match exactly.
