[ms office - 2010] DfE SATS results from Excel spreadsheet into Word Mail Merge...?

Hi All,

 

Our admin office has received the student's SATS results in an Excel spreadsheet and wish to put them into a Word document for each student to be mailed to the parents.

 

Does anyone else do this?

How does everybody send their results out to parents then (obviously we are Primary/Junior school, with SATS test results)?

 

Is there a better way to do this?

 

Maybe a report through SIMS?
