Good morning

A bit of an open ended question I suppose but I was just curious as to how others deal with users receiving a lot of spam\junk and generally unwanted e-mails.

We use Office 365 here but don't have any additional e-mail filter on top of that, for the most part we never hear of this causing problems but one of the deputy heads gets random messages on a regular basis.

At the moment we just ask her to provide a copy and add the senders address to our Mail Flow Rules but wondered if there was a way to root out the cause or prevent her address being a target?

Thank you

Will be following this thread, im in the process of moving over our OnPrem to O365 and this is one of my worries. We have GFI and its a bloody good system which i will be sad to see go.
