Replacement for Hitachi StarBoard

Hello Fellow IT People,

 

I am writing for help from the Collective Mind. We currently have several Hitachi StarBoard Touch Screens; (image from Google)

 

They work with a Pen, and come with StarBoard Software. (Little like ActivInspire but much worse) but for a Desktop Monitor and not a full sized board.

 

Does any one have an alternative to these, ie Touch Screen for Writing using a Stylus. These StarBoards are failing with broken VGA Leads, and they are beginning to stop working with Win10, they no longer sell these, and to be honest, who has heard of a StarBoard ;-) . I am struggling to find products that match what I am looking for.

The other IT Techs over here say Burn Them, but a Last Ditch Attempt to see if there is an alternative out there

Yes a Smart Podium would be an ideal solution, but they don't seem to sell these in the UK, unless looking on the SmartBoard website is wrong.

I'm sure if you went through an installer you could get it cheaper?
