[wds] Windows 10 1703 Black Screen

Hi all

 

Deploying Windows 10 1703 using WDS and after the Network Selection screen where cortana speaks to you I am left with a black screen and the cursor. There is HDD activity but nothing seems to happen. Powering the machine off and back on allows the installation to complete/continue. Does anyone have any ideas what the cause could be?

I'm assuming from the radio silence that no one knows the reason for the problem?
