Do anyone knows where I can get my Technician a course for pat testing?something cheap or free

Cheap or free... no. There are "Training" DVDs - near useless unless you already know what you are doing.

 

I'd recommend a proper City & Guilds. Hands on with stuff, and a tutor to ask questions of.

Our Local Authority run a course for £99 very reasonable and a few of our site team have completed it.
