Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) and Semi-annual Channel (SAC) for Windows Server

Didn't see this posted anywhere,

If LTSC is reflective of how we currently have it, would anyone here choose to opt for Semi-annual Channel instead?

Weird that it's the opposite of Desktop, on server: Pay to get it every year on server, on desktop: Pay to not get it updated every year
