Net view - Stopped working after Windows 10 update.

I'm having problems with running net view via the command prompt.

 

All i get is this:

 

C:\Users\Username>net view

The service has not been started.

Any one else having this problems.

 

Its only came to light as im trying to push netsupport school around the network and it not happening due to it cant see any computers on the network.
