Office 365 Refreshing itself

Hi all

I have a really off issue that has just started occurring, where Office 365 will randomly refresh itself mid-use. So, if you're typing a long email, it'll refresh the page, take you back to your inbox and leave the unfinished email in the drafts folder. I'm only just starting to gather information on the issue, but presently I think it is impacting both Chrome and IE11.

Have any of your guys seen anything like this? Could this be a smoothwall / firewall / filter thing? Not really sure where to start with this one?

Is it if you return to the tab after a bit or can you be using O365 for some time and it does it?

@JackCPickup It can be both things, from what I am told by users. Some have paused and come back to their email sat in the drafts, others ay they have been half way through crafting the email.
