On-Site Engineer/IT Engineer – Berkshire – Up to £25,000

 

Our client is currently looking for an On-Site Engineer to join their existing team.

 

Your responsibility to will be perform repairs to equipment and ensure services are provided to specific sites in line with the service agreement.The ideal candidate will have experience providing 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and face to face, providing a high level of customer service, escalating any 3rd line queries where necessary.

 

Duties/Responsibilities;

• Performing repairs to equipment

• Responding to helpdesk system requests

• Desk side assistance

• PC or IT related peripheral assistance

• Ensuring all actions are recorded on the helpdesk system

• Maintain company tools/toolbox, ensuring all parts are locatable and stock is up to date
