nicholab Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 How do you get users on mac to sign into Office 365 when the domain is federated? 1
Roberto Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 In what sense? Our macs are domain members and ADFS auth seems to work just fine, certainly just logged me in to the Office 365 website using the logged-in user's credentials in Safari.
nicholab Posted May 25, 2017 Author Posted May 25, 2017 Our mac are domain members but it is now working here. I am getting it can't connect to the fs address. What web filtering system do you have in place?
AngryITGuy Posted May 25, 2017 Posted May 25, 2017 We have domain joined iMacs and don't have an issue with signing in to 365 with a federated domain. Only issue we had was with the iMacs signing in to Office apps and that was resolved by enabling form based authentication in ADFS. Are the Macs able to navigate to the IIS page of your ADFS proxy?
nicholab Posted June 2, 2017 Author Posted June 2, 2017 I have fixed this by defining a local dns entry for the fs server and it is now working.
