Outlook 2007 Mailto Problem

Hi,

 

Was just wondering whether some kind soul could help me out. I have just created a html file, and sent it to outlook 2007. However, I have noticed now that one of my links (mailto), which should open up a new email with some text already in it, does not open. Instead when I hover over the link, it displays a pop-up of what should appear in the email body and that's it.

 

It is really frustrating and pretty urgent.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
