NetSupport DNA - Monitoring Thumbnails

Hi, just wanted to share another update due in v4.5 of NetSupport DNA.

 

We've had a couple of customers request we increase our update frequency for our thumbnails (currently set to every 5 seconds) so they can ensure they don't miss anything on the network. I hope there aren't too many who need to monitor screens that closely, but always happy to oblige. So in version 4.5 DNA has been updated to display thumbnails in real-time (or as near as dammit). Naturally you can adjust the timing to suit your needs, but for those that want the ultimate monitoring solution, happy to oblige

 

I thought I should provide some quick evidence taken on one of our testers PCs, with 90+ screens on display at once.

 

Version 4.5 is due at the end of June.

Is there any change log available for the different versions you release? I think this would be useful to know what has changed and fixed.

Hi @ARJ thanks for the post / question.

 

When a customer purchases any NetSupport solution, they can sign up for our "My Support" service, this means they can access quickly any resources related to each solution they have purchased and they get automatically notified of any new updates. Those notifications include a what's new and what's fixed summary for each release.

 

If you PM your email address, i'd be happy to get someone to send you a summary ?

 

I'll also be at the edugeek conference next week so happy to chat in more detail with anyone that's attending.
