Koldov Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Hi, As per the title really. My Headteacher is having trouble printing, the print dialogue box doesn't allow him to change anything such as orientation. It only happens in Word, Excel's print dialogue has this button. A bit of research on Google suggests there isn't a button (next to the PDF button) which gives you other options and that you should set the orientation in Word for the document, however he has done this and it still prints out in portrait. Any ideas?
aarongulley Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Hi Koldov, What pops up? Can I have a screenshot? I'm using Word 2016 and we have these installed across the network without any issues, extra printer based features are found under Copies & Pages Thanks Aaron.
2ilent8cho Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Press the drop down that defaults to Copies & Pages and all other options are under there
