GPO not applied or denied

Hi all, probably missing something obvious but I have created a new GPO for custom computer settings belonging to the school. But when I test it out on a client with GP Results wizard its not applying the settings to the computers. It's not applied. It's not denied either!

 

I have do the following...

Linked it to Workstations OU that contains sub OUs with client computers

its showing as last in the link order.

No WMI filtering (none)

Authenticated Users (is this correct)?

Have you tried enabling Loopback Processing on the GPO?
