Meeting Scheduler Software

Hi there,

Looking for some kind of meeting scheduler software / website / service. The kind of thing I have in mind is that someone proposes a meeting and invites others who can say if they can make it or not and can propose alternative dates...??

 

I know Outlook can do something like this but we don't use outlook so can't do that, I guess something e-mail based would be good though.

 

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
