[ms office - 2013] Outlook oddity

Hiya,

 

I've not seen this before. We have an email which one of our staff sent out, but it didn't actually get sent for days. When closing Outlook it hasn't been saying "There's still stuff in your outbox, close anyway", so what's going on? I've attached a picture and circled the dates.
