setting up Office 2007 for the visually impaired

Does anyone know how I can setup up word and excel (for starters) with big cursors etcetera? Easy to do in windows but it doesn't affect the cursors in office?

I've just tried it here, and it worked fine. I changed my cursor (to Windows Standard Extra Large, and also Windows Black Extra Large) in Control Panel and then opened Word, and the cursor was still the massive one (except that it reverts to "normal" when pointing to the space in between the edge of the page and the left-hand margin, for some reason!).
