The sort of people who would buy a Nomx box are probably far better off with an e-mail service like ProtonMail. Not only is it significantly cheaper (a basic account is free), but you won't have the spam issue described in the video.
Arthur Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 At around the 07:00 mark the Click presenter and one of the security experts talks about opening port 25, but doesn't this defeat the point of the Nomx box since e-mails would not be encrypted between mail servers? ISPs often also block outgoing port 25 connections to combat spam. Gmail, Outlook.com and many other e-mail providers support SMTP TLS (just like the Nomx).
