New disks for 3 year old server - SSD options?

Hi All,

 

I have a Dell T320 with Perc 710 RAID controller that needs a new set of disks. Current disks are 600gb 15k SAS in Raid 5. What are my options for putting SSDs in and will it make as big a difference as it does on desktop computers?
