SCCM weird TS Deployment issue

So I have a TS which deploys Windows 10 and my Applications/Packages and it works fine except for 2 bits of Software.

 

The software I am having issues with are Adobe CS5 and all the Serif Apps - they don't deploy nicely with other apps!

 

If I put either app at the top of the deployment list then they deploy BUT no other apps in the TS listed after them do not deploy.

 

If I put CS5 or Serif at the bottom of the deployment list - all other apps deploy but then CS5 or Serif do not deploy.

 

When I have looked through the logs to see if I can see any hints - all I am seeing is 8004005 error - on any app which doesn't deploy.

 

Anyone come across anything like this?
