[1703, cu] Windows 10 V1703 - Missing Text

I've just discovered that adding fontdrvhost.exe on its own didn't fix the missing text issue, but adding dllhost.exe as well did - we'd also been getting constant errors about the COM Surrogate stopping working whenever we ran any program on our 32-bit 1703 Linx 1010 tablets with Impero installed (and this is way back to version 5.3.32 as I've just taken over a new network).
