Moodle 3.2 Cant restart admin passoword

Hi everyone,

 

I just have installed moodle 3.2 in win server 2012 r2 the installation worked fine and now I am on mandatory Password reset for admin account but when i press Click to enter text which will allow me to restart it nothing happens.

 

Do you guys see this issue beffore? Any Suggestions?
