Lock Screen Image Not Displaying

As part of one of our Group Policies we push out a lock screen image (which is also displayed at the logon screen) but on some computers it's no longer showing up.

 

 

As you can see it's displayed correctly on the left but not displayed at all on the one on the right.

 

When I have done a gpresult HTML report it shows all GPOs are applying correctly including the one for the lock screen image yet it's not being displayed!

 

It's not the end of the world but the computer suites look a lot nicer with our Academy logo all over the screens!

 

Any ideas?

I had some problems with this, ended up not using GP but just copying the required image into the 'C:\Windows\Web\Screen' folder & overwriting the defualt 'img100.jpg' with a batch file. Then applied the 'Prevent changing lock screen and logon image' GPO.

It's only happening on 78 new computers we've just got. We have older and newer PCs that this works on, there's just something with these ones that it's not happy with.
