Compulsive update stuck 23%

Installing server 2016.

 

First hyperv server installed and updated fine.

Second hyper gets stuck at 23%, same with all virtuals on both servers.

 

Even brought a server home as I know the schools internet connection is dodgy.

 

Anyone had this with

KB4015438?

 

On,lay found 1 post on Google. Seems a bit weird that one server is ok and the rest is the same.

Now at 25% at home. Seems like it just has a dodgy progress bar.

 

At school it just stopped network and disk activity.
