kmount Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 How much do you want? I'm looking into sorting out removal of around 45 monitors (most work, some don't), along with an army of base units, maybe 25 now, but another 30-60 in coming months. Whats your overall goal? Break down for parts, or resell/
flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 No charge. Based units will be good, crt will fine as well. ST Georges Church, parts, other bits. Where are you based?
flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 Cool send [email protected] an email, detailing a rough description and he'll give you a call regarding delivery
flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 (edited) What's the minimum spec you will take? Pent 2, 128ram Edited March 6, 2008 by flashsnaps
flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 Can we ask what you are using them for? Russell Redeployed, used for parts, charity donations
russdev Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 ok doke aka what was asking in round about way your not selling stuff on Russ
Kyle Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Do you cover the West Midlands area? Do we get paper work that covers us for WEEE stuff?
GrumbleDook Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Another for Northants. I'll pass your details on to our team.
flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 ok doke aka what was asking in round about way your not selling stuff on Russ Some stuff might be sold on once repaired, isn't this doing everyone a favour though? Companies out there are charging a lot of money to take equipment away? When they clearly sell it on? I know a Systems Manager at one school near me who got 2 quotes of 187 and 220 to take away 10crt and 20 base stations. What a joke!

flashsnaps Posted March 6, 2008 Author Posted March 6, 2008 No, we're not putting new stuff on the market - we're recycling it into someone elses possession.
localzuk Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 No, we're not putting new stuff on the market - we're recycling it into someone elses possession. We can't give you any of our stuff then I'm afraid, as it is classed as disposal and we have to have records of the disposal to a WEEE registered organisation. Or so we have been told by our LEA legal team.
