Classic Shell Start Menu Error

Hi, We have around 400 computers running Windows 10 v1607 and classicshell 4.3.0

 

Every now and then the classicstartmenu.exe fails to run and we get an error and the start menu doesn't open

 

The only fix for us is to restart the computer. Its very random but we may get up to 5 a day.

 

Is anyone else having this issue? Do anyone have a fix?

We get this as well, although im not sure it is classic start menu that is the cause, as trying to launch any programs also gives us the same error on pc`s that are doing it (before reboot).
