Server - Profile Manager service won't start

Hi All,

 

For some reason after turning the service off, it now won't turn back on.

I'm a bit lost when it comes to settings up macs and running the server as it was set up by my predecessor and i've just been managing it as everything has just been ticking along nicely until now.
