What staff / students see in O365 exchange

We are looking to moving our Onsite exchange 2010 over to O365 in summer. We already have students on O365, on as @students.domain.co.uk and will be bringing staff over with @DomAin.co.uk addresses however i've got a few questions that are bugging me at the moment and cannot seem to find the answer.

 

Distribution Groups:

How to stop students seeing staff distribution groups. I know how to stop students sending to staff distribution groups, but surely there has to be a way to set group "Students" not being able to see the staff distribution groups.

 

Contacts list:

We have a few external contacts that staff use and would like to hide these from students, i guess its the same way as above but how do i go about it?

 

All Users:

Since syncing students to O365 via AAD connect, we are seeing students in Intake16 listed in the All Users list even though in AD, their HideFronDistributionGroups is set to TRUE.

 

Is there a way to completely disable the lists (All Rooms, All Users, All Distribution lists, All Contacts, All Groups, Offline Global Address List).

Address book policies are what you need to be looking for. Russian doll set-up with an address list within a new policy. You can then apply that policy against end users.
