OFfice 2016 Proxy Authentication Error

Hello

 

We are having an issue with Microsoft Office 2016, where if a user clicks a hyperlink it pops open a proxy authentication window. Also if the user clicks cancel it still opens up the website.

 

Is there a way to stop the proxy authentication window from appearing? as we want our users to be allowed to access the website.
