ISAMS Updates and access to data

There has been some concern about the way ISAMS is updated with little or no change log. Scripts used previously have failed because some updates have been at database level i.e. field changes and we are not informed. It was also evident that support could access all of the data on the database which is a huge security concern.

 

Does anyone else have these concerns.
