RM Safetynet UBF Sites blocked when accessing through search engine in IE

Hi all,

 

Anyone else using RM Safetynet and come across this issue? Currently we have it setup so that staff can access Youtube but students cant. When staff search for youtube clips through Google they receive a block page however going straight to Youtube.com works without issue.

 

To throw another spanner in the works I have tested it using Chrome instead of IE and it works fine in Chrome! Not sure how to even begin troubleshooting this one help would be appreciated.

Sorry to pull up a very old thread, but I was on here searching this as I have the same issue. Wondered if you or anyone else will see this message to see if you resolved this problem and how. Thanks
