We are seeking to recruit an IT Engineer to help support our current infrastructure and to help implement new services. The main duties will evolve around working with Hyper V, server 2012R2 based servers, HP 10GB switchingand infrastructure, System center 2012R2, and domain client image deployments.

 

Interested candidates should have a good understanding of networking with server 2012 R2, AD, Windows 7+, and image management and deployment. A working knowledge of SC2012R2 is beneficial.

Good communication skills are also important together with good organisation and the ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant experience, initiative, discretion, flexibility and familiarity with the world of IT systems within education would all be very strong recommendations.

The IT Engineer will report to the Foundation ICT Manager and will be based at Princethorpe College with some duties at The Crescent and Crackley Hall Schools.

 

Salary:£20,000 - £25,000 perannum, depending on qualifications and relevant experience, working 40 hours per week.
