nicholab Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Hi can anyone give me a quick run down of how to install Netsupport school we have DNA licensed but I want to get school up and running. How do I deploy it and also how does the security of it work i.e. how do I stop a student accessing the tutor console on a machine. How do I install it for classrooms and get the machines in the right groups they seems no way to pick up form AD I am confused help?

Joanne Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Give their support team a call. They helped me set it all up on the server side after I had issues with the installation. You probably want to start with the server first, then deploy the agent. 2
