Software Inventory - Database after reinstall of OS

Hi all

 

I saw a piece of software a while ago and I cant think what it was called nor can I find it, it basically created a database of software installed on your pc, and saves that to a file. You can then put that file on a network share or external drive and re-image/format your PC.

 

Once formatted, run the software and open the database file, the software then tells you what you had installed and you could go ahead and tell the software to reinstall all the apps you had before or only certain ones.

 

Anyone seen it ?
