Exciting opportunity to play a key role providing ICT services across one of the most successful schools in the UK.

 

As a Junior ICT Technician, you will assist the Director of IT and the ICT team in delivering support to staff and the wider school. Specifically, this will include:

 

• Monitoring and maintaining the School’s ICT systems;

• Assisting with installing new and upgraded ICT systems;

• Ensuring the integrity of the Schools ICT system is maintained;

• Providing advice and guidance to users;

• Resolving support issues;

• Playing a key role in the rollout of one to one devices across the school.

 

You will need to have a relevant A level qualification, along with proven experience of delivering customer focused ICT services and a strong technical understanding of ICT systems.
