Hi

Weird one (which could be EBKC). I have a user on Windows 10 Education x64 with Smart Notebook 11.4. She's creating notebook files, but reported that no-one else could open them. She sent me the file and I noticed that the file extension was *.noteboo (i.e. missing k). I renamed it, adding the k in and all was good, everyone could open the file and the work was still there. Has anyone seen this before?

TIA
