Google Chrome T&C Popup

Hi all,

 

We have a little issue in which Google Chrome is trying to open a popup, and I've seen it before, it's the "You must accept these T&C's before using this product", but the popup doesn't load, it just has a spinning circle in the center. Is there a way to edit a settings file, or a registry entry to accept this T&C?

Clear browsing data - cookies, and cached images and files

Is consent.google.com being blocked by your proxy?
