Printing Issues

Hi all,

I have 1 desktop computer running windows 8.1 with issueswhen trying to print to network printers. There is a delay when they click onPrint then there is another delay when they actually print the document. The delayis around 1 minute long each way. The printing was fine before the service deskinstalled 1 of the network printers while I was absent. I have checked thesettings and they seem fine. I have also stopped and started the print spoolerbut no luck. I have logged on myself and the printer works fine from thedesktop. It seems like a profile related issue. No other users are having thisissue.

Is there anything I can do to resolve the printing issue? I wasthinking about renaming her account to .old, then when she logs on again thesystem will create her another profile. This wouldn’t cause any issues wouldit?

Any help in the right direction would be most appreciated.
