I've put the order number for my iPads in Apple School Manager and all 15 have appeared in my Meraki account under DEP.

 

I've created a profile but can't seem to assign it to DEP iPads. Only those that are in the client list and none of them went in there.

 

I've managed to restrict the process so a brand new iPad should prompt for wifi and then configure itself and instead it's prompting Apple ID. Isn't the whole point of this to not have Apple ID's with iPads? Some forums say you have to go into restrictions in the profile and change the "allow user to modify settings" but if the profile wont link to the DEP iPads via a tag then I have no idea what's going on.
