Disaster Recovery Plan

Does anyone have a Disaster Recovery Plan they could share, or just the contents page if there's too much sensitive information in it? I'm (re-)writing ours, so would like to check I've got all the sensible things in.

Who has access to this information? How do other people gain access in an emergency?

-MFDs

Server list and IP addresses, including role and impact of failure

Network map

Location of other documentation (i.e. this site!)

-Lightspeed

-(SIMS support provider)

-Ricoh

-Papercut

-(Google Apps backup)

 

Backup schedules for servers

Backup schedules for other equipment, e.g. Fortinet, switches

Backup routine for Google Apps

 

Power cut procedure

Impact of power outages, whole site power outages and individual buildings

Recovery process once power has been restored
