Hi all,

I'm trying to find/create a report which behaves like the lesson monitor / whole group / student weekly LESSON attendance report but shows weekly SESSION attendance instead of individual lesson.

I want to be able to see the individual AM/PM %Attendance for a year group for a given time period -either just one week, or preferably each week in a term/half term etc.

Can anyone help?

Thank you,

Jay

Are you looking for Reports | Lesson Monitor | Group Weekly Analysis Report? If you wanted the layout to put the weeks and groups in more of a table like the Student Weekly Lesson Attendance Report you can just apply a custom layout when running the report (which you can either write if you know xslt or get your SIMS support unit to provide for you)

(I am the thread starter, having login/account difficulties!)

What I want is a report with

Row labels: Student name

Column Headings: Week dates

Data: %attendance in that week

I'm trying to do a trend analysis at the student level to identify interventions before students become PA

Thanks

Capita only implemented that in 1 place, Discover. If you open Discover and go to the Attendance menu and select the Percentage Attendance Time Line graph, then click the i button to display the data, you can then export this to Excel. Here is a screenshot from Capita's training Data

Sorry to reopen an old thread, but does anyone know if it is possible to report the same thing for lesson attendance? Alternatively, is possible to pick up one of SIMS' Lesson Monitor reports and modify them to add a column?
