I've just started at a new school, and they have a 2012 RDS solution in place. One user is getting prompted for passwords multiple times on connecting to a remote desktop, which isn't happening for anyone else. It appears that his account isn't creating a profile on the machine. I've checked permissions, and he is in the same groups as other users who do get a profile. I'm still trying to work out the full setup, while not breaking a working system. Can anyone advise me where to look?

OK, I've fixed the profile issue. However, he is still getting prompted for passwords multiple times. Our home page for IE is our 365 sharepoint, which has SSO enabled, and does so on all other machines, except the RDS. Any ideas?

Please help, I have a bruise on my forehead from hitting it against the wall! Further testing shows it isn't user specific - I can replicate the issue with my test user. I can log onto a domain workstation (Win7) with my test user and SSO work flawlessly. If I then connect via rds to our Server 2012 R2 desktop, using the same user, SSO fails and I am prompted for a password. If I close the browser and re-open it I am again prompted.
