We are currently using Kid keep safe and Sims learning Gateway for Parental Communications

 

What are your thoughts of connect ed and School comms, what experience have you had with these.

Connect Ed is just the big brother of KeepKidsSafe, it's the same people and 90% the same product, but does more.

 

SLG is horrid, though we've been promised another overhaul of it for April this year AFAIK.

 

I've only ever heard good things about schoolcomms, I'd love to be able to try a decent parental portal - current uptake of SLG is hovering round 5%!!

Since we switched from SLG years ago we have not looked back.. very proud of our parental use of the portal (Insight). To put it into context though we have just 13 prime parents not on email out of 1720 children, so our school demographic may be quite different to yours.
