Officejet Pro X551dw - 0xc7140024

Morning all

 

Anyone any ideas what I can do with a HP OfficeJet Pro X551dw with error code 0xc7140024? It's the second one I've got that's done it but I can't fix it. I've tried HP support and all they offer me is an onsite repair at the cost of a new printer or a replacement printer at the same cost.

 

I'd rather work out if I can get it working as I've several more on site with this and don't really want to have to replace them all over the next 12 months if I can help it.
