Google Earth Pro Cant Connect to Server

We have some PC's here that cant connect to the GE servers when searching, it works fine otherwise. I have looked at our filtering and made a global exception for GE traffic. It seems to be a common issue from reading up online and no one has really found a fix from what I can see. I am plumbing for an issuie with GE as only some stations cant connect but others are fine. Before I draw a line under it I was just wondering if anyone has come accross this on here.

I had this on my own PC last week. It may just have been a huge flukey stroke of luck, but I ended up being able to get in after opening using the OpenGL version instead?

It didnt work, I'm starting to think it could be a bug in GE.

Slightly randomly I noticed I had this problem last night on my home PC too!

I encountered the problem downloading the latest version from the Google site (v1.3.32.7) , but found that installing v1.3.31.5 worked without the error.

I just happened to have that old version on my second drive at home so thought I'd give it a go!
