gaz350b Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 We are currently trying to diagnose a fault with accessing our external website and Internal VLE. Other internal and external sites are working fine and the problem is linked as its happened 4 months before but seemed to randomly go away after restarting the internal server running the VLE (HyperV VM) no idea if it was linked but doing the same this time hasn. The external website is up if we can open it outside of our network and cannot ping it internally/externally although I suspect this is by design. The internal vle pings fine and eventually loads. any ideas pulling hair out with this 1.
gaz350b Posted January 30, 2017 Author Posted January 30, 2017 always something simple.... seems we were blackholed by our hosting company due to high traffic from 1 IP address....... I guess we'll be looking for some new hosting
