Help Resolution YALE CCTV

Hi peeps ive done a booboo and changed the screen res on my yale Cctv h48000-960h and it is saying out of range or not supported. Ive looked in the manual to reset but it only shows when your in the console.

Managed to get it working on one final tv thank god!! Found out the hard drive has failed so will replace!
